Mini BEACH HOUSE
Designed in a 144” Sprinter van, the Mini Beach House layout was adapted from the Beach House layout to accomodate the smaller footprint of the 144” Sprinter van.
Featuring a full bathroom, kitchen, closet, convertible table/bed area, upper cabinet and headliner shelf for additional storage, the Mini Beach House is great for solo travelers or the weekend warriors.
After the sketch up file downloads, be sure it ends in .skp (NOT .txt) before uploading into Sketch Up. If the file ends in .txt it will not work - rename the file and add .skp at the end
plumbing
This van features a 33 gallon fresh water tank installed in the driver side back bench.
There are two 5 gallon grey tanks - one for the shower and one for the toilet. There are two additional 2.5 gallon grey water tanks under the sink in the kitchen.
