MODIFIED BEACH HOUSE
Built in a 170” 3500 4x4 Mercedes Sprinter Van, this is the modified Beach House layout to seat and sleep 4. If you are wondering why we did not use the Happijac in this build, please check out the Family Van 2.0 Layout by clicking here.
After the sketch up file downloads, be sure it ends in .skp (NOT .txt) before uploading into Sketch Up. If the file ends in .txt it will not work - rename the file and add .skp at the end
plumbing
This van features a 20 gallon over the wheel well fresh water tank that was installed in the driver side back bench. There is an additional 21 gallon fresh water tank mounted under the van in the spare tire carrier location. In order to do this, we relocated the spare tire to the rear door with the Aluminess rear door tire carrier.
There is a 15 gallon tank mounted under the van for the shower, 10 gallon tank for the sink. This van features a Laveo Dry Flush toilet.
